CHEF ALI’S STORY
Kip’s Kitchen began in 1985 in a tiny shop in NYC’s Kip’s Bay neighborhood. At 23, I ordered a falafel sandwich from a handsome Syrian. Ali and I traveled and cooked together for 5 years, got married & raised a family. We’ve been sharing Middle Eastern specialties for 40 years.
